Apply new glyph-image conventions for some ID-feature-names:
- Use `=ucs@unicode', `=adobe-japan1-*' and `=gt' instead of
  `=>>>ucs@unicode', `=>>>adobe-japan1-*' and `=>>>gt' for abstract
  glyph-images.
- Use `==ucs@unicode', `==ucs@jis', `==ucs@jis/1990',
  `==ucs@jis/2000', `==ucs@jis/2004', `==ucs@cns', `==adobe-japan1-*',
  `==jis-x0208@1990', `==jis-x0212', `==jis-x0213-1' and `==gt'
  instead of `=ucs@unicode', `=ucs@jis', `=ucs@jis/1990',
  `=ucs@jis/2000', `=ucs@jis/2004', `=ucs@cns', `=adobe-japan1-*',
  `=jis-x0208@1990', `=jis-x0213-1', `=jis-x0212' and `=gt' for
  representative glyph-images.
- Use `=jis-x0212' for abstract glyph-images.
- Move `=gt-pj-*' and `=jef-china3' to abstract glyph-images.
