(C3-212B): Unify Big5-8AFD and Big5-CDP-8AFD.
(M-03069): Use `<-original-ideograph' instead of
`original-char-of-shinjigen-1'.
- Add `chinese-big5' code points.
- Add `ideographic-structure'.
- Use `=>ucs' instead of `->ucs'.
