(visual_order): Allocate one more elements for arrays as
a workaround of fribidi bug.
(layout_glyphs): Fix previous change. Check MGlyph->combining_code
instead of MGlyph->bidi_sensitive.
(layout_glyph_string): Pay attentinon to
control->orientation_reversed when padding at the head or tail.
Fix adjustment of space glyph width.
