Apply new glyph-image conventions for some ID-feature-names:

- Use `=ucs@iso' for abstract glyph-images.
- Use `==ucs@iso' and `==adobe-japan1-*' instead of `=ucs@iso' and
  `=adobe-japan1-*' for representative glyph-images.
