(U-000200A1): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(BC-85F3-itaiji-001): Use "⿵儿x" instead of "⿲丿x⺃"; use U-000200A1
instead of A-compU+200A1 as its mother.
(GT-00185): Add `<-subsumptive' for U-0002D91F; add
`ideographic-structure'.
