(U+2CFF2-itaiji-001): New character; use `<-denotational' for
U-0002CFF2.
(U-0002CFF1): Add `total-strokes'.
(hanaJU+2CFF2): Add `ideographic-structure'.
(U-0002CFF5): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U-0002CFFB): Add `ideographic-structure'.
(U-0002D003): Use IWDS1-0173 instead of BC-89E7 in
`ideographic-structure'.
