Subject: [PATCH] (BC-8D56-itaiji-003): New character. (U+5E9A): Add
 `<-denotational@usage' for BUCS+5E9A; apply new conventions
 for glyph granularity. (U+5EBB-itaiji-001): New character.
 (BUCS+5E9A): New abstract node; unify A2-DJT-02936.
