	(0) Gnus から呼ばれた時のために、関数 tm-mh-e/yank-cur-msg を設け
	    た。
	(1) tm-mh-e/prompt-for-message で、当該のフォルダのバッファが開い
	    ていない場合、従来はそのフォルダのもっとも番号の小さいものが 
	    defaultとしたが、pick を呼んで cur を優先するようにした。
	(2) tm-mh-e/insert-mail で insert-file ではなく 
	    insert-file-contentsを使うようにした。
	    (describe function すると insert-file は使うなと書いてあったの
	    で)
	(3) tm-mh-e/insert-letter という関数を追加した。これは
	    mh-insert-letter と呼んでいるが、問い合わせに
	    tm-mh-e/prompt-for-message を使うので賢い。
	    (しかし tm に入っている必然性はない。mh-e に contribute すべき
	    か？)
