What's SEMI?
-------------

- SEMI is a library to provide MIME feature for GNU Emacs. It stands

Required environment

- SEMI supports XEmacs 20.1 or later with mule, and Emacs/mule (mule
- merged EMACS; it will become Emacs 20.0).
