Use <CJK RADICAL LAME TWO> instead of U+5C23 as glyph-granularity

(A-IWDSU+21BEA): New abstract node.
(U-00021BEA): Add `<-denotational' for A-IWDSU+21BEA.
(U-00021BED): Use A-IWDSU+21BEA instead of U-00021BEA as its mother;
apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U-00021BF2): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity for
components of ideographic-structure.
(U-00021BF8): Likewise.
