- Add some Hanyo-Denshi/JA code points.
- Add `=decomposition@hanyo-denshi' for some abstract glyph-forms of
  Hanyo-Denshi/{JA|JB}.
(U-00027A44): Use `->subsumptive'; add `sound@ja/on'; unify CB02628.
(U+8B4F): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
