(char-db-coded-charset-priority-list): Delete `=mj',
`=adobe-japan1-*', `==mj' and `==adobe-japan1-*'.
(char-db-make-char-spec): Add code for `=mj' and `==mj' to prefer them
to `=adobe-japan1-*' and `==adobe-japan1-*'.
(char-db-insert-ccs-feature): Support `=mj', `==mj' and `=>>mj'.
