(Mequal): New variable.
(m17n_init_flt): Initialize it.
(FontLayoutCmdRule): Merge members supported_glyph and otf_spec
into a new member facility.
(load_command): Modify parsing of Mfont_facility.
(run_rule): Adjuted for the change of FontLayoutCmdRule.
(run_otf): Adjusted metrics if a->back is nonzero.
