(U-0002B826): New character; add HNG-KHI0396-0.
(GT-00073): Separate U-00020A44 and C6-255E; unify IU+2B826; add
`<-denotational' for U-0002B826; add `<-vulgar' for UU+6240; add
representative nodes.
(U-00020A44): Separate GT-00073 and M-00052; add `<-same' for
U-0002B826; add representative nodes.
(GT-00072): Add `ideographic-structure'.
