- Use U+6728 instead of GT-K00495 as left components of
  abstract characters and abstract glyphs.
- Add some MJ code points.
(U+3B4B): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U+6854): Separate UU+6854.
(U+6954): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U-00023683): Likewise.
(U+6A9C): Likewise; don't use `=>ucs@hanyo-denshi'.
(U+6AF7): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
