(CYRILLIC *): Add `->fullwidth'.
(FULLWIDTH CYRILLIC *): Use `=>ucs' instead of `->ucs'.
- Use ``character-reference'' style [alist] instead of UCS
  code-point [hex integer] as the format of `->lowercase' and
  `->uppercase'.
- Omit `->titlecase' because each value of it has the same value
  of `->uppercase'.
