* (dgnushack-add-info-suffix-maybe): Chdir ../texi first.
(dgnushack-install-package): Don't refer to `package-path'; error if the
package path does not found.
(TopLevel): Don't define `gnus-revision-number', `gnus-version-number' and
`package-path'.
