(U-000238E4): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U+6B47): Add `<-denotational@usage' for BUCS+6B47; add
`ideographic-structure'; add `sound@ja/on/{kan|go}'.
(UU+6B47): Add `ideographic-structure'; unify DJT-05599; add some
relations for other characters.
(S-3933): Unify HD-FT2266 and U+6B47-var-007.
(U-0002DB50): New character.
(hanaJU+238F6): New character; use `<-subsumptive' for o-IU+238F6.
(BUCS+6B47): New abstract node; unify A2-DJT-05599.
