(insert-char-attributes): Ignore `->ucs-unified' instead of
`->ucs-variants' when `readable' is non-nil.
(insert-char-data-with-variant): Rename `no-ucs-variant' to
`no-ucs-unified'.
(insert-char-range-data): Likewise.
