(C1-2226): Moved from u0FF00-Halfwidth-and-Fullwidth-Forms.el; map
into U+02CD instead of U+FF3F.
In each *fullwidth* variant:
- Use `<-denotational' instead of `=>ucs'.
- Omit features defined in the mother.
- Use `=ucs@jis/fw' instead of `=ucs@jis' in principle.
In each ucs character:
- Omit `->fullwidth' for non-UCS objects.
