(U+7F53): Separate BC-85BE.
- Use `=>ucs' instead of `->ucs'.
- Use `hanyu-dazidian' instead of `hanyu-dazidian-vol',
  `hanyu-dazidian-page' and `hanyu-dazidian-char'; add some mappings for
  Hanziku code points.
