(M-07056): Separate U+5B82 and C3-223D.
(CB-00974): New character; unify M053063; relate to M-7056 and U+5B82.
(U+5B82): Relate to M053063.
(M-07089): Use `<-original-ideograph' instead of
`original-ideograph-of'.
(M-07112): Use `->same-ideograph' instead of `ideograph='.
- Use `=>ucs' instead of `->ucs'.
- Merge Big5 code points.
- Merge some CBETA numbers.
- Add some `ideographic-structure' properties.
