(default-coded-charset-priority-list):
- Prefer `=ucs-sip@JP/hanazono', `=ucs-tip@JP/hanazono' and
  `=ucs-sip@gb' to `=ruimoku-v6', `=zinbun-oracle', `=hanziku-*', etc.
- Add `==ucs-bmp-var-007'.
