(XCHARSET_BYTE_SIZE): New macro.
(decoding_table_remove_char): New inline function.
(put_char_ccs_code_point): Use `XCHARSET_BYTE_SIZE'; use
`decoding_table_remove_char'.
(remove_char_ccs): Use `decoding_table_remove_char'.
(Fset_charset_mapping_table): Use `CHARSET_BYTE_SIZE'.
