(U-000200D5): Add `ideographic-structure'.
(IU+200D5): Unify MJ030420 and KOSEKI-002090; apply new conventions
for glyph granularity.
(CU+200D5): Add representative node.
(U-000200F0): Use `ideographic-{radical|strokes}@ucs/code' instead of
`ideographic-{radical|strokes}@ucs'; moved to Ideograph-R101-Use.el.
