(BUCS+5944): Separate A-compU+5944 and IWDS1-0172.
(IWDS1-01729: Separate BUCS+5944; unify A-IWDSU+5944 instead of
A-compU+5944; add `<-denotational' for BUCS+5944.
(U+5944): Use A-IWDSU+5944 instead of BUCS+5944 as its mother; apply
new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U-00021639): Use A-IWDSU+5944 instead of BUCS+5944 as its mother; add
`ideographic-structure'; add `sound@ja/on'.
