* nnshimbun.el (nnshimbun-group-parameters): New group parameter.
 It also provides the user option `nnshimbun-group-parameters-alist'
 and the function `nnshimbun-find-group-parameters'.
(nnshimbun-group-parameters-custom): New variable.
(TopLevel): Require `gnus' expressly.
