Subject: Use `=>shuowen-jiguge' instead of `=shuowen-jiguge' as the CCS-feature

Use `=>shuowen-jiguge' instead of `=shuowen-jiguge' as the CCS-feature
of abstract character of Shuowen-Jiguge which has `->denotational' to
combine some Small-Seal glyphs.
(A-SW-JIGUGE-52101): Changed from SW-JIGUGE-52101; add `<-Small-Seal'
for U-00022053 and U-00020987.
(SW-JIGUGE-52101): Changed from R-SW-JIGUGE-52101; subsume
R-SW-JIGUGE-52101; add `<-ancient@shuowen' for SW-JIGUGE-52100.
(SW-JIGUGE4-50601): Add `<-ancient@shuowen' for SW-JIGUGE4-52100.
