- Move `insert-binary-file-contents' from emu-e20.el, emu-latin1.el,
  emu-mule.el, emu-nemacs.el and emu-x20.el to emu.el.
- Move `insert-binary-file-contents-literally' from emu-latin1.el,
  emu-mule.el, emu-nemacs.el and emu-x20.el to emu.el.
