Use `=>ucs' instead of `->ucs'.
(C6-244F): Unify Big5-8D6C and Big5-CDP-8D6C.
(M-07705): Use `<-vulgar-ideograph' instead of `vulgar-ideograph-of'.
(C3-2C37): Use `->same-ideograph' instead of `ideograph='.
(C3-3545): Unify M-07748.
(C4-372E): Add `->same-ideograph' for M-07001.
