Subject: [PATCH] (U-00020B5E): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity;
 unify M-03187 instead of M-48964; unify MJ032056 and
 KOSEKI-036980. (U-00020B5A): Apply new conventions for
 glyph granularity. (M-48964): Unify IU+20B5A, MJ032060,
 C6-3D63 and KOSEKI-037030; use `<-denotational' for
 U-00020B5A instead of `<-subsumptive' for U-000B5E.
