 (U+821B-itaiji-004): Use A-cgnU+2B763 instead of U-0002B763
 as its mother. (U-0002B763): Changed from A-IWDSU+2B763;
 omit `=>ucs@iwds-1'; delete `=ucs@iso'; use A-cgnU+2B763
 instead of U-0002B763 as its mother.
