Subject: [PATCH] (U-00020B46): Modify structure; use
 `ideographic-structure@apparent' to preserve the previous
 structure; add `<-ancient' for U+4E8B. (IU+20B46): Modify
 structure; use `ideographic-structure@apparent' to preserve
 the previous structure. (U-00020B4F): Apply new conventions
 for glyph granularity.
