Use =ucs@{unicode|iso} components in `ideographic-structure' features
of =ucs@{unicode|iso} characters.
(U+55A9): Use `->subsumptive'.
(U+55BB): Use `=>daikanwa' instead of `morohashi-daikanwa'; use
`->subsumptive'.
(J78-4A2E): Delete `ideographic-structure'.
