- Add some Adobe-Japan1 code points.
- Add `=decomposition@cid' for some Adobe-Japan1 characters.
(HD-JT-AF43): Use U+5716 instead of BUCS+5716 as the mother.
(M-04846): Map to U+5716; add `ideographic-structure'.
(M-04847): Unify U-00021228 and H2-E7B0.
(M-04848): Map to U-00021226.
(M-04849): Unify U-00021227 and H2-E7AE.
