(<MODIFIER LETTER PRIME>): Add some auto-generated `<-canonical'
features.
- Use `<-superscript' instead of `->decomposition' for compatibility
  mapping to single character tagged `super'.
- Use `=>decomposition@compat' instead of `->decomposition' for
  compatibility decomposition mapping.
