- Use `<-denotational' instead of `=>ucs'.
- Omit features defined in the mother.
- Use `=ucs@jis/fw' instead of `=ucs@jis' except if the character
  has `=jis-x0208' or `=jis-x0208@1990' feature or it is a circled
  character.
In each ucs character:
- Omit `->fullwidth' for non-UCS objects.

(C1-2224): Unify U+FFE3; don't map to U+203E; moved into
