Don't use `=>ucs@hanyo-denshi'; use abstract characters of `=ucs' as
base characters of any IVSes; use `=>ucs@iwds-1' instead of `=ucs' to
indicate abstract characters based on IWDS-1.
(g2-KU+71A2): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity for
components of ideographic-structure.
