- Use "𧾷" instead of "足" as left side components of abstract
  characters and abstract glyphs.
- Add some Hanyo-Denshi/JA code points.
- Add `=decomposition@hanyo-denshi' for some abstract glyph-forms of
  Hanyo-Denshi/{JA|JB}.
(U+8DB3): Unify UU+8DB3.
(U-00027FB7): Use BUCS+8DB3 instead of U+8DB3 as its mother.
