- Add some Adobe-Japan1-5 code points.
- Use "𤣩" instead of "王" as left components of abstract characters
  and abstract glyphs.
(U-000248F4): Use `->denotational' and `->subsumptive'.
(U+7434): Add `ideographic-structure'.
(U+7488): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
