Subject: [PATCH] (U-00021946): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
 (U+5B6F): Delete `japanese-strokes'; add
 `ideographic-structure'; add representative nodes.
 (U+5B72): Delete `kangxi-strokes'; add
 `ideographic-structure'; add representative nodes.
