In each *fullwidth* variant:
- Use `<-denotational' instead of `=>ucs'
- Omit features defined in the mother
- Use `=ucs@jis/fw' instead of `=ucs@jis' if the character has
  `=jis-x0208' or `=jis-x0208@1990' feature or it is a circled
  character.
In each ucs character:
- Omit `->fullwidth' for non-UCS objects.
