Use g2-UU+513F instead of U+513F in `ideographic-structure' of
abstract glyph-form nodes.
(G-JU+514A): New glyph node to subsume g2-JU+514A.
(MJ007224): Separate g2-UU+514A; unify G-UU+514A instead.
(g2-UU+514A): Unify g2-MJ007224.
(U-0002047A): Apply new conventions for glyph granularity.
(U-000204B6): Likewise; use "圥" instead of "⿱土儿" in
`ideographic-structure'.
