(A-cgnU+20181): Changed from U-00020181.
(A-IWDSU+20181): Unify U-00020181; omit `=>ucs@iwds-1' and
`=+>ucs@iso'; use A-cgnU+20181 instead of U-00020181 as its mother.
(IU+20181): Add `<-same' for MJ022559.
(H1-E255): Use A-cgnU+20181 instead of U-00020181 as its mother.
