フォントは、その文字セットの全文字をサポートし、その文字セットによって
文字コードはそのフォントの対応するグリフコードにマップされる。

@c REPERTORY は文字セットを示すシンボルか "nil" である。省略した場合は、
@c ENCODING を @c REPERTORY に指定したのと同じ意味になる。"nil" でなけ
れば、文字セットはフォントのレパートリ、すなわちサポートする文字を示す。
そうでなければ、特定の文字がそのフォントでサポートされているかどうかは
個々のフォントドライバに問い合わせる。

いわゆるユニコードフォント (レジストリは "iso10646-1") については、普
通ユニコード文字の一部しかサポートしていないため、@c REPERTORY を
