(mtext__init): Call M17N_OBJECT_ADD_ARRAY.
(mtext__fini): Don't call mdebug__report_object.
(MTEXT_FORMAT_UTF_16): Correct type.
(mtext_data): New function.
(mtext_text): Fix calculation of limit and args to
find_char_backward.
